Architect's Foundation Diversity Advancement Scholarship

Description: Those selected as Diversity Advancement Scholars will join a select group of students who through imagination, commitment to excellence, and participation in a supportive network can change the landscape of the profession and future of the built environment. Eligible students must be a US citizen and be:

  • a high school student planning to enroll in a NAAB-accredited architecture degree program;

  • a rising second-year college student in a NAAB-accredited architecture degree program; or,

  • a technical school or community college student who has completed high school or its equivalent and intends to transfer to a NAAB-accredited architecture program.



LAF Scholarships

Description: Scholarships are open to students studying landscape architecture. Multiple scholarships available. In addition to general scholarships, there are scholarships open to minority students and students from Hawaii and New York.


J. Neel Reid Prize

Sponsor: The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation

Amount: Up to $4,000

Description: Award is open to architecture students, architect interns, and recently registered architects to study architecture anywhere in the world.


National Italian American Foundation Scholarships

Sponsor: The National Italian American Foundation

Amount: Up to $12,000

Closing Date: March 1

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors, undergraduate, graduate, post-graduate, medical, and legal students who will be enrolled in higher education for the Fall 2020 semester and have a GPA of at least 3.5. Applicant must have at least one ancestor who immigrated from Italy. In addition to general scholarships, there are scholarships open to specific majors and state residency.


CRCA Scholarship

Sponsor: Chicago Roofing Contractors Association

Amount: $4,000

Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors who are United States citizens residing in Cook County and other area counties in Illinois. Applicant must be planning to study liberal arts, sciences, engineering, architecture, or business at a four-year accredited college in the fall.


Soprema Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to current undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or a similar field.


AISES Intel Growing The Legacy Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to Native American undergraduate and graduate students who are studying Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.


Galvanize the Future: A Richard L. Brooks Memorial Scholarship Essay Contest

Description: Scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students of any age who are enrolled at an accredited college or university in North America and who are studying architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, construction management, material science, or other related field.
